Starting Power point
To start powerpoint, follow any one of the following procedures:

It the desktop of your computer displays the powerpoint icon, double-click on it to start the program.

step-1 : click the start button.
step-2 : click the programs option.
step-3: click the Microsoft powerpoint option.
A powerpoint dialog box appears on the screen, as shown below:
There are three options to create a new presentation.
To open a blank presentation , perform the following steps:
step-1 : choose the Blank presentation option.
step-2 : click the Ok button . The New slide dialog box appears.
step-3 : select the First slide in this box and click the Ok button. your screen will look like this:
