TO insert a clip from clip Art, perform the following steps:
Step-1: click at the Insert menu.
Step-2: click the picture option.

The Insert clip Art dialog box appears.
Step-4 slect picture of your choice form the categories. Click the picture . A vertical tool bar shows up.
Step-5 click the Insert clip option.
