Creating a presentation Using a Template – Powerpoint


A Presentation Template is a saved presentation file that contains predefined slides and title master, colour schemes and graphic elements.The presentation template also includes a master slide with pre- formatted fonts and styles.

To use presentation template, preform the following steps :

step-1: select the Template option form the powerpoint opening dialog box. The New presentation dialog box appears.

step-2: click the desing template tab to display various design templates.

step-3: select the template and click the OK button . The New slide box appears.

step-4: select the layout from the New slide dialog box and click the OK button . A slide as shown below will be displayed.
